It never fails, the day after the 4th of July, I’m ready to snap my fingers and it’s a crisp October day, football is on all day long and the leaves are slowly changing.

This past Spring, I had the privilege of flying down to Costa Rica for a wedding. It was my first international flight and passport stamp. I don’t travel internationally often due to the current season in my life (hello daycare and summer camp tuition!) but I’ve been brainstorming on how to bring wanderlust to your home or by staying in the good ole US of A. Because sometimes social media can make me feel like I’m left out because I’m not jet setting all summer, quite frankly…

I’m starting off this diary series with probably the biggest thorn I deal with daily, body image.
