“Stateside for the Summer” Summer Diary 2024 Entry 2

Below is a list of ideas I came up with :)

• Visiting local state parks (purchase a park pass). South Carolina is really one of those lucky states to have mountains on one end and the coast on another! With rivers in-between!

• Booking hotels that have the vibe you are looking for internationally

• Eating at authentic restaurants that serve food from other countries. 

If you’re like me and traveling with kids can seem and sometimes is overwhelming, I’d do a “place a week or once a month” theme at home during the summer or all year long.
